Insurance Information
Will my insurance cover your counselling services?
Counselling services are not covered by BC’s Medical Services Plan (MSP). Check with your insurance provider to see if Registered Social Worker (RSW) is covered by your plan.
Session Format
Where will sessions take place?
Counselling sessions will follow a virtual format using the Jane app - a secure online platform where video calls will be conducted.
Payment Information
How can I pay for my session?
Adeline accepts all major credit cards through the secure booking system, Jane. Jane allows you to save your payment information for an easier payment process. A receipt will be emailed to you after your session for your records and insurance purposes.
Cancellations
What if I need to cancel my session?
Sometimes scheduling conflicts can occur last minute. Adeline requires a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your session. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a late cancelation fee of $50.
